Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all content you upload complies with these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to upload, generate, or attempt to generate content:

• Depicting anyone under the age of 18, or that could reasonably appear to depict a minor.
• Of real, identifiable people without their explicit, informed consent.
• Intended to harass, defame, blackmail, or otherwise harm a real person.
• That violates any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Violation of this section results in immediate account termination without refund, and may be reported to law enforcement where required by law. See our full Acceptable Use Policy for details.

3. Credits & Payments

The Service operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased in packages and do not expire. Credits are consumed when you submit a generation request, regardless of whether you are satisfied with the result. Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, or in case of a verified technical failure on our part that prevented delivery of a result.

4. Content & Results

Generated results are automatically deleted 24 hours after creation. It is your responsibility to download results you wish to keep. We are not liable for results deleted after this window.

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process that image solely to generate your requested result.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results may vary in quality and are not guaranteed to meet your expectations. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NudifyLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without refund of unused credits.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
