Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses NudifyLab. By using the Service, you agree to comply with it. Violating this AUP can result in content removal, immediate account suspension, and — where the violation involves illegal content — a referral to law enforcement.
1. Who can use NudifyLab
- You must be 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher.
- You must confirm you meet this requirement before accessing the Service, and this confirmation must be truthful.
2. Consent is mandatory
- You may only submit a photo of yourself, or a photo of another real person for whom you have obtained their clear, informed consent to be processed by this Service.
- You are solely and fully responsible for every photo you submit and for confirming that consent exists.
- Submitting a photo of someone without their consent — including a partner, ex-partner, coworker, or public figure — is strictly prohibited, regardless of where the photo was originally obtained.
Any photo that depicts, or reasonably appears to depict, a person under 18 is automatically rejected by our system. The account that submitted it is immediately and permanently suspended, the incident is logged, and — where required by law — reported to the relevant authority. There is no appeal process for this category of violation.
4. Other prohibited uses
You must not use NudifyLab to create, request, or attempt to create content that:
- Depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, including through impersonation of someone else's likeness.
- Is intended to harass, bully, defame, blackmail, extort, or otherwise harm any person.
- Depicts non-consensual sexual activity, coercion, or exploitation of any kind.
- Is used, or intended to be used, for doxxing, stalking, or targeted abuse of any individual.
- Violates any applicable law of your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of the person depicted.
- Infringes another party's intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
5. How we enforce this
- Every generation request is screened; requests that appear to involve a minor are automatically blocked and the account is banned — see Section 3.
- We do not retain a copy of rejected photos on our infrastructure beyond the moment needed to process the request.
- Generated results are automatically deleted from our servers after a limited retention window (see our Privacy Policy).
- We may suspend or terminate any account, without refund, for violating this AUP.
6. Reporting a violation or requesting removal
If you believe your likeness was submitted to this Service without your consent, or you are aware of any other violation of this AUP, contact us at [email protected] with enough detail to identify the content or account in question. We review reports promptly and take action where a violation is confirmed.
7. Cooperation with authorities
We cooperate with law enforcement and other competent authorities where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect an individual's safety. This can include preserving or disclosing account information relevant to an investigation, consistent with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
8. Users in the EU/EEA and UK
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you may submit a complaint about a moderation decision by contacting us at the address above, and you retain the right to seek redress through an applicable out-of-court dispute body or the courts. If you are located in the United Kingdom, nothing in this AUP affects your statutory rights, and we take proportionate steps to reduce the risk of illegal content reaching UK users in line with the Online Safety Act 2023.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised AUP.
