NudifyLab ("we", "us") operates nudifylab.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Account data: email address, and if you sign in with Google, your Google account ID and the email/name Google provides.
Uploaded photos: images you upload for processing. These are transmitted to our AI generation provider, processed, and the source image is deleted immediately after processing. We do not use uploaded photos to train any model.
Generated results: stored on our servers for 24 hours to let you download them, then permanently deleted.
Usage data: IP address, browser type, and basic analytics data collected automatically when you use the Service.
Payment data: if you purchase credits, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card or crypto wallet details ourselves.
To operate the Service (process your generations, manage your account and credit balance), to communicate with you about your account, to prevent abuse and fraud, and to comply with legal obligations.
Uploaded source photos: deleted immediately after processing. Generated results: deleted automatically after 24 hours. Account data: retained while your account is active, deleted upon request (see Section 6).
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service: our AI generation provider (to process your photos), our payment processor (to process purchases), and Google (for sign-in). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
The Service is strictly for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
Depending on your location (including under GDPR for EU/UK residents and CCPA for California residents), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access controls) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
